Hey Jose! Thanks!!! I couldnt agree more about the traveling my man. I just left the most northern tip of South America. Rode the motorcycle for 4 days in the deserts of Colombia to reach it :D Im only interested in deals in OK as that is where I live... Or at least thats where I have my mail sent to hahahaha Iv been on the road for the last year but this is where I plan on coming back to at some point. I almost bought 93 doors for rehab last month in OKC buuuuuuut I have decided to continue traveling until next year.

What are you looking to do? Anything I can do to better serve you???

Really Im open to both, but I think it would be quite a bit easier as well as quicker to buy one that just needs some rehab as apposed to finding land, having an architect draw blue prints, and then going for broke while trying not to go broke hahaha

Hey guys! Hope all is well in your world!!! I have been listening to the BP podcast for years but have never really been on the site. So here we are seeing what all the buzz is about! I have already made some good like minded friends here on BP but would always like to make a few more!!!

A little about me as a person: Im a life long learner as well as a traveler! In addition to these things Im also a full time real estate investor. I have been traveling by motorcycle for the last 10 months through Central America. I love seeing new cultures and perspectives on life. I feel the best way to grow as a person is to read more than one chapter in this book we call life!!! To me the best way by far to flip these pages is to go out exploring. 

A little about me and my real estate background. I have completely rehabbed a quadplex built in 1932 (Lovingly named The Blue Alamo). I've owned her since I was 19, and she is located right here in The Plaza District. Now I'm looking to find a 100 plus doors to take to the studs, and breath some new life into yet another classic property!!!
