Why is it a place for cash to die?

New member here.  Just finished listening to podcast #233, and that motivated me to sign up.  

I'm an enlisted USAF type, and once upon a time I was stationed at Eglin AFB where I purchased my first townhome.  It has been renting well for the past 5 years, and I have finally found the courage and my "why" to move forward with rental properties.  

Would love to find out how to network with people in my current and target areas (Houston, TX; Fort Walton Beach, FL; and Chantilly, VA).

Just finished listening to the podcast #233. You were great! I just signed up as a Pro member today and navigating the forum is a bit tricky. I hope to learn whatever I can from you all. I'm not in the local area but I do have 1 town home rental in FWB. Is there any way I can network with people from that area while listening bing in Virginia? I'm looking for a few more rentals to help fund my "why".
