New member Intro (TX, FL, VA)

New member here.  Just finished listening to podcast #233, and that motivated me to sign up.  

I'm an enlisted USAF type, and once upon a time I was stationed at Eglin AFB where I purchased my first townhome.  It has been renting well for the past 5 years, and I have finally found the courage and my "why" to move forward with rental properties.  

Would love to find out how to network with people in my current and target areas (Houston, TX; Fort Walton Beach, FL; and Chantilly, VA).

Welcome Nam! I'm currently enlisted in the Air Force stationed at Eglin and have been here for 5 1/2 years. Just this past year I've gotten into real estate because of Bigger Pockets and currently have 2 rental properties and a flip in progress. I close on a 3rd rental property this coming week and hope to build up from there. It's good to see another enlisted guy in real estate. I've listened to most of the podcasts and it seems many  of the military folks on there are officers. Best of luck and feel free to reach out anytime!
