Wow!    People think that Baltimore is bad.  That's sad when the courts tell you something different that is against the law.  Was the flip successful?

@Ross Dannenberg congrats. How did the eviction process take longer? Did you use an attorney? Did you sell already?

I have attended meetings at the building on 8th and Pennsylvania SE (1st floor) to the Dunkin Donuts.  I don't remember the name I pretty sure they will rent space for free.  Libraries and schools are good options also.

There is not a lot of space within the DMV.  Maybe larger cities a little further out.

You are right.  Appreciation is low, good cashflow.  You may see the appreciation in the county.  Goes back to your goal, did you invest in the property for appreciation or cashflow?

Can you rollover the money from a self directed IRA to a traditional IRA and then take the money out as a qualified distribution?

I don’t know what you are saying

Contact DC Housing and let them know you are interested in the Section 8 program.  Good Luck.

@Charlie Moore it is beyond illegal to discriminate either way. Contact DC housing they have a lease up day once a month where landlords and tenants meet and sign leases on the spot. Good luck.

So you pay a fee for your account.  You pay fines to you GCAAR for violations and now possibly Bright.  They don't get a commission on the sale so why do they care?  Too bad RedFin or Zillow could not expand their functionality.

What is the advantage to Bright?  Who are the competitors?
