Brrrring Self storage?

Hey BP! I’ve been diving deep into self storage research. Trying to figure the ins and outs. The one thing I can’t find out about is “Can you brrrr a self storage facility like you would a multi family property?” 

Any Direction to blogs, posts or links that I can read would Be great! Also if anybody has experience doing this in Self storage id love to hear that too! Thanks in advance!
