Hello Terrell, Find a market that is moving in the right direction. Decide what type of investing works for you and makes sense to you financially. Contact a few real estate brokers in that market and ask them to keep an eye out for xy&z and have them reach out to you when one fits your criteria. Have that broker schedule to view the property, have broker video/film property, write up offer, screen tenants, close, occupy investment property and watch your bank account rise! It’s honestly a no brainer when you have been in the industry awhile, however it’s the first investment property that will be most challenging, so many questions and unanswered answers. Find yourself a broker and pick their brain. I have many clients from around the country and I would be more than happy to answer a few questions and help you get started. PM me! Hope that helps and good luck!

Hello Dania, I am a local real estate broker and I specialize in multi-family and investment properties. I also was born and raised in Spokane and know the area well. Spokane is like every city there are areas that I would recommend staying away from and others that are blossoming. I would love to work and share my knowledge with you. Welcome to the area!

Hello multi family fam, Curious, to buy and sell real estate at an international level, what type of license do I need to obtain? Currently I am only licensed in Washington, however, want to take myself and my clients internationally.
