Hey Andrew, If you have a chance take a look at the Spokane market. If you are looking for a location with 4-units and under, price range from $125k-$400k. I have a client from Denver and their sweet spot is $150-$200k for duplexes or tri-plexes. In the last year we have purchased, roughly 9-12 property’s. I am interested in viewing this location. Downtown Spokane in general has an extremely low occupancy rate and would be a good investment, obviously depending on price. Can you give me an idea of location?
