Long Distance Real Estate Investors

Hi! I’m excited to post an intro here on the forum! My husband is in the military so we find ourselves in the long-distance investing corner of things. We have three buy and hold properties in Oklahoma that were our primary residences at one time (we like to move from house to house every year, it’s so fun, said no one with three young kids ever!). Currently we are getting serious about learning the nuts and bolts about long-distance investing and are looking at the Spokane, WA market to invest in next. We have family there and find ourselves in that area at least annually. How great would it be to at least partially deduct those trips on our taxes! Very happy to be here and learn from all the other members, both new and seasoned alike!
