@Jason Hatfield

That would be awesome. Where did you get your list from?

Also saw on your profile that you're from Massachusetts? What part? I grew up in Holliston, MA.

Hello,

Does anyone have an example of or sample preferred equity agreement? Could anyone point me in the right direction? Trying to provide an example for an investor before paying a lawyer to write up docs.

Thanks

Hello,

I have found that it is difficult to build a list in Delaware County, PA using property type or number of units as a filter with ListSource and Trend public records. It seems that the county doesn't supply that information, so even when you search by square footage, it shows the overwhelming majority of the results as 1 unit, even though they are 4000 square feet or more. Has anyone run across this problem? Any ideas?

Thanks

@Peter Dunne

Thanks for chiming in. That is great insight. Looking forward to continuing the conversation next week.

@Makeila Logan lafate

Thank you for the response and for the insight. In University City you wouldnt go past 40th? I have heard from others that you can go a few blocks past 40th and still be in good shape and attract students.

@Mark Redmann

Also, thank you for the response - and good to meet you in Brewerytown last night. I will look into that area in University City/West Philly.

@Troy Sheets

Really good info there. Those are two resources I will get a lot of use out of. Also great to meet you last night.

Hello BP,

I am trying to identify areas to prospect in and around Philadelphia, PA. I just moved to the area so I am looking to identify areas where I can purchase an apartment building (5+ units, but under $1 million, and under $100k/unit). I'd like an area that has a little upside, but attracts quality tenants - massive appreciation is not a priority. Value add is a priority.

If you have any suggestions please feel free to throw them out.

Thanks

@Mark Scarola

I am looking for buy and hold multifamily. Still trying to figure out which areas to prospect in.

Conshohocken is great. Lots to do on Fayette and really great access to the city. Where did you live in Boston?
