Delaware County, PA marketing question

Hello,

I have found that it is difficult to build a list in Delaware County, PA using property type or number of units as a filter with ListSource and Trend public records. It seems that the county doesn't supply that information, so even when you search by square footage, it shows the overwhelming majority of the results as 1 unit, even though they are 4000 square feet or more. Has anyone run across this problem? Any ideas?

Thanks
