Any info on what is planned for this meeting? The facebook page seems to only list what has happened in the past. This is so close to home I could walk.

5/3 must of slipped through the cracks when I was calling around. I wonder if the rate would have been cheaper.

Rob K It could have change since I got mine or they misinformed me like they did on refinancing. I was told by the loan officer I could refinance a property, rental or primary, after 6 months of ownership. Came back in 6 months later and ...Oops, Its a year.

Aaron Yates I gotta say I did not even ask the requirements on credit. I am 18 years past Ch. 7 next month with a 805. Had a couple stumbles after BK. Seems I was stuck under 600 forever.

I am in the process of refinancing 2(maybe 3, its been a year) houses and the mortgage broker told me above 680. I can shoot him an email tomorrow for specifics if you like. He is the father of a coworker so he answers questions without running credit.

Was the only bank in Michigan I could find that would give a HELOC on investment properties. And less than 4 weeks to close. They also said I could have up to 10 mortgages.

Huntington will allow 4 HELOC at a time. I just did one with them last Oct. The appraisal is free. ~7% for a HELOC on investment properties.

All I can say is WOW.
