@James Wise I found this website the American Association of Private Lenders, I contacted them & they told me that they will contact lenders who lend to PR & FL, so all they do is check my deals and see if I get funded (That's what I understood)

@Jackie Lange Ohhh I see, I would like to invest besides United States (Puerto Rico, Florida, Texas & California) in Dominican Republic, Australia, Singapore, & Colombia. I have relatives & friends from there who are starting to be interested in real estate so it won't be a problem for me.
