@Phil C. . I'm considering it

@Andy Robison that's the developers price, when the wearable gadget arrives on the consumer market it could cost in my opinion less than $400

Note: I am not trying to promote Google Glasses, just wondering how to use it in real estate in an effective way.

I want to use them to

  • Check properties internationally via video call, so let say I'm virtually visiting the property with the seller, realtor & etc at the other side.
  • As a property evaluator
  • Driving and studying the market prices
  • See the prices & maybe ads just at looking at the property
  • As a camera & video (Duhhhh!)
  • Find damages and instantly search for solution, handyman, tools & etc.
  • As a calculator based on images making stimates and comparing with other properties with the same structure and all that stuff

What about you?

@Brie Schmidt I don't invest for capital gains, I'm a cashflow person but I sent you an email with other possible investments (short list, no big deal), maybe can help.

@Cameron Norfleet Yeah I understand. I love to diversify (when it comes to cashflow & protect wealth)

What about other type of pets: birds, cats, fishes, rabbits, mini pigs, lizards & etc

You charge the same?
