Miami, Florida R/E Agent Using MLS to Locate Distressed Home Owners

Hi there. Just wanted to introduce myself to the forums. I'm from Miami, Florida. I'm a new Real Estate Agent. I'm interested in working with investors and rehabbers to use the MLS to locate deals and submit offers to distressed home owners on a regular basis.

I'm new and green and hungry. I'm looking to work and do some leg work in finding and submitting offers on a regular basis.

I'm learning how to use the MLS to target distressed home owners with filtering using keywords such "motivated, repairs, handyman, needs work, fixer etc" and targeting specific areas within the Miami area".

Anyway, that's me. Send me a shout, I'd love to network and share strategies, because I love marketing.

Hi Yvon, and welcome to BP! I’m a ‘fix and hold’ investor from the Bay Area in CA, and loving it! But you’ll find a variety of every type of investor on the site, and everyone is amazingly helpful. Some pointers for you: The "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and so do BP members! You can click on the ‘vote’ button if you like someone's post or is helpful, and there are ‘awards’ to earn on your profile. And you can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name at the bottom of the message box. Welcome to the site, and good luck in everything!
