For those who allow pets, how much do you charge and how many pets do you allow? (Or if you have creatives ideas for pets will be welcome)

3 is the maximum of pets per unit & I charge monthly:

$30 for 1 pet

$50 for 2 pets

$65 for 3 pets

I also require the tenants to see a proof that their pets are vaccinated & if the pets cause damages, they will have to pay for those damages. The $30 fee is just to let them live in the property.

@Vana G. Wow, thanks for the big update. I lived in Icon Brickell in early 2010, after living for a short time in Palm Beach. Then since that. I have been visiting constantly the area, my "business mentor" lives in sunny isles and Miami Beach. I'll contact you if I need something else. My focus is to live first and then invest.

Thank you very much.

I forgot to mention the first thing I did was to jump in the binary options but I realized that being a trader is a job with super flexible schedule, not an investment.
