Our company requires our vacation home owners to carry liability insurance, and CBIZ is definitely among the insurance companies that our homeowners typically use. A lot of them also use the standard VRBO insurance.

I work in the vacation rental industry across America, and Florida is certainly one of our most in-demand areas, so it's a great place for you to be. Have you considered generating a guaranteed net rental income on your property? If they're going to be primarily investment properties that you would not be frequently using personally, that could be a good way for you to get a risk-free income.

I'm surprised to see so many negative comments in here. PCB does seem to be cleaning itself up, and my company has actually seen a lot of success in the area for our homeowners.
