My name is Michelle and I'm really excited but ultra nervous about real estate investing.

My goal, being I live in FL, is to buy small homes along the beaches that I can use as vacation rental properties. I don't know how to start this and any and all advice is very welcomed. I'm hoping to get on started soon. Thank you!
