I am commercial insurance agent with a passion for resort real estate. I have experience with local real estate subdivision and now working to develop resort properties into vacation rentals.  I current own a rental home in the Boston area(Salem), a Cabin near Yellowstone which are cash flowing well. I have building lots in Jackson Hole, Oregon Coast, Moab UT,Park City and working on a deal in Kona HI.  I am looking for funding ideas and to network with others.  I am happy to assist with any insurance question or share what I have learned about vacation rentals.

@Cole Schlack so many people fail to realize that vacation rentals are a business that has to be researched and marketed properly. I love the creative approach you took filling a vacuum rather than trying to stand out in a saturated market. Can't wait to hear about your Kona project. Hopefully I'll be over there by the end of the year to find my own island property.
