Hi Robb,

Congrats on buying your first two properties! It's definitely a great area to be involved, and I'm sure you'll love it.

I work with a few managers there, and I'd be more than happy to chat and see if that could be a good fit. Feel free to message or email.

Best of luck!

@John CohenHi John. I see that you're based in NY but you have investments in other states. Do you have any words of advice for someone looking to invest out-of-state?

I'd also be happy to speak to anyone looking to invest out-of-state. Working with a property manager is definitely a good option in that situation. It's always convenient to have someone on the ground to manage and pay for maintenance, cleaning, etc.

Hi Kyle,

A lot of people I've worked with definitely prefer using a property manager as long as the manager could guarantee what you'd expect to be netting. Self-managing can be extremely time-consuming, and having someone to oversee and pay for maintenance, cleaning, occupancy taxes, etc. is always a good thing (so long as a promising yearly income could be guaranteed with a PM).

My company actually just launched a calculator to help investors see what a guaranteed rental income offer could look like. Feel free to check it out. I'd love any feedback! http://content.vacationfutures.com/income-calculator

Best of luck!
