Hi Josh,

We did end up switching companies, as I believe it is better coverage, but sadly, the price is about the same.  Please let me know if you can do better...I'd love to know.  Good luck!

Hi all,  We have a triplex in Philly and are paying $2200/year in hazard insurance.  I've shopped around a bit but this seems an average cost.  Thoughts or suggestions to lower our cost are more than welcome!  Thanks!

Hello fellow C-wooders...we should start a sub-group.

As Rick mentioned, we too live in this wonderful hamlet, and happy to share any resources you may need.

Hope to see you in the 'hood!

That is mighty impressive and you are a prime example of creating your own destiny - many congratulations for being a brave and bold young man!

Many congratulation...you're over a tough hurdle!  Philly is a very competitive and in my humble opinion, a tad overpriced given the quality of a lot of neighborhoods, though we keep plugging away.

Keep it up!

Hi all,

Due to my day job, I've been getting to know the LV a bit, due to visiting the hospital systems up there.  I am very interested in the area for great deals on multi-unit buildings.  Please feel free to contact me as we are ready to expand our investing up there.

Thanks!
