Hello, I'm an architect in the Philadelphia area looking to expand into real estate & development. I've been beyond impressed with the wealth of information and resources provided here on BiggerPockets, and I look forward to continuing that growth!
My ultimate goal is to build up knowledge, experience, and connections to begin developing my own small mixed-use and multi-family projects. I also definitely have an interest in BRRRR for single-family properties, as well.
While I have minimal experience in real estate to date (own my own house, plus converted our old house to rental), my father has been involved in the business in Austin, TX for over 10 years now...the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!
