A family friend is interested in going in with me, he has the $$$$$ to put down. What is the best way to set up this “partnership “ in the deal? I do all the work and manage he does down payment we split 50/50? Please advise from experience or knowledge. I appreciate

@Arshad Khan I am a new investor in Mankato area but I plan to put 20-25% down and end up with 10 units instead of throwing it all in one deal cash. Without PMI I will let someone else pay everything as I take lower cash flow yet my ROI is much higher. Bloomington area isn't as cheap either so congrats to having all that money to start with!
