@Jaysen Medhurst need better cash flow- I have 15 yr mortgage on it and want the cash to obtains another property and if I Heloc I will have to pay out of pocket because the income from it won’t fulfil both loans on 15 year mortgage. Also I will be getting a 0.75% lower rate with refi

How long? - starting

Lesson - when you keep at it it’s actually doable. Several Nos on a loan with a 1st yes at almost 6% then a big yet at 4% for investment property. 😀

@Jeff Cichocki sounds almost harsh but this is absolutely right! I have no idea what he wants. I should know what he wants and then see if I am comfortable with it, then seek guidance in structure then. Right now I am just shooting blindly I bet. Thanks for waking me up strongly! 🎉🎉
