Hey Jordan,

Thank you for your service! Also, congrats on starting your Real Estate Investing Journey and your family!

You have a great plan set in place, the best thing to do from here is stick to it and continue to educate yourself along the way. I'm a lender local to the area and would be happy to connect and provide any value I can along the way for you.

Good luck with everything!

Hey Thomas,

Congrats on the big move! You seem to have a pretty unique situation at hand here that I would need to know some more details about before I could fully offer some insight on anything. Let's connect sometime to dive into this a little more

Hey Dorian,

I’d be more than happy to connect to better understand your unique situation and take a look at everything for you

Hey Amir,

I work with a few different insurance agents that are all very good. Let’s connect and I can send them over to you so you can have a couple different options to compare

Yes, have them pay the bill and put it in their names as well. This will help avoid any future headaches

Hey Thomas,

Congratulations on the big move. I used to go to Columbus often and can agree that it is a gem with a ton of future potential.

I would be more than happy to help with any questions you have on the lending side of things, I’ve worked with a few out of state investors coming into the Ohio market.

As far as realtors go, @Joshua Janus is a pretty good connection to have down there.

Looking forward to connecting!

Hello BP community!

I've been on Bigger Pockets for a few weeks now and realized I've never introduced myself. However, the main goal of this post is to connect with other real estate investors, agents, title etc.. to help expand our networks and grow each others businesses.

I'm a lender native to the Cleveland area with Greenly Mortgage. We specialize in quick closings and very competitive rates. If we don't have a product you need now, there's a very good chance we will be adding it in the near future.

Currently my license covers Ohio, however it will be expanding to Florida and Texas here soon as well.

Looking forward to connecting!

Hey Jake,

Since you have a SSN, have filed taxes in the U.S., are able to prove that you will have your P1 visa renewed and have a credit score you should be ok.

We have just added a down payment assistance program and we are working on a foreign national program.

I'd be more than happy to connect to see how I could help further.

Hey Zach,

Congrats on starting your Real Estate Investing journey. My typical recommendations lie on the westside of Cleveland since that's what I am most familiar with. This includes Lakewood, Westpark, Ohio City, Tremont, Gordan Square, Edgewater and Brooklyn. As far as areas to avoid, if you are unsure about where a house is located, please reach out and I would be more than happy to offer some advise on where the house is located.

Hey Yazan,

Congrats on getting started with your investor journey. I grew up here in the Cleveland area and still live in the Lakewood/Cleveland area. I have a great support team to help someone in your exact situation. I look forward to us connecting.
