Having Trouble Finding Home Owners Insurance for Duplex

Hello,

I'm in a contract for a duplex in Euclid. My current insurance company (Farmers) is asking for $1200. That seems like a lot.

I'm currently paying $550 for a single-family home. 

I did go online and search but most of the companies don't insure rentals and I was denied.

Does anyone know of insurance companies that will?

I am completely happy with Farmers. I shop insurance every two years and they still get most of my business. All the best!
