Thanks guys I will be sure to stay in touch. I will be sure to keep in contact. I am in and out of the state so hopefully I can catch you guys at the right time.

I will mostly likely reside northern Seattle/Snohomish area, which is determined by my job placement somewhere in the manufacturing industry of Washington. I am aware of the potential south in the Tacoma area where my family lives, in which I see huge potential.

A goal of mine is to get into a fmaily/duplex I can use as personal use first, In which my wife can run her in-home daycare business out of during the day. Our family business intention is to pay for the property and benefit from other aspects of income and tax benefits. We currently are doing this in our home here in Ohio. Our business pays the property and bills, in which leaves an adequate amount of my salary to investments/business opportunities. So once I can get my family settled and established, I can than get my hands on some property!

If you guys have any input, or any advise in areas you recommend, or where to start looking, I am all ears and would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

Hello all,My name is Mike and I am new to this community. Reading through some of the content, I have been quite impressed with the successes that this community shares and advice that has be given to others when it comes to real estate investing, and/or running a business.
Yes I am a noob to real estate investing, that may not bring much to the table. I hope you all will communicate with open arms as I start my own journey into real estate investing.
Though investing in real estate is new. Business and investing is not new to me, as I have my own personal business experiences unrelated to real estate. I do understand investments take time to learn and to see things through, mistakes are made, and of course a constant learning habit. Though I am a engineer by day, I have had long nights and weekends educating myself, and seeking those that help me in all aspects of business.
I look to start my own real estate investing experience in Seattle/Tacoma area within the latter months of the year. My wife and I are currently in Columbus Ohio where we raise our one year old son in our lovely home. But Seattle is home to much of our family and I am ready for a fresh new "me".. Fresh starts, brings fresh challenges in which me and my family want to pursue personally and financially.
Cant wait to meet you all!
