Great post! Very wholesome and inviting!

My goals for 2021 is to buy my first house hack by the end of January, buy a second house hack by June, and buy a third property by the end of December!

I also hope to get my loved ones into investing. My brother and sister are entering college soon so I would like to help them buy properties to house hack!

Hello Everyone!

Merry belated Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I am a real estate investor interested in the Franklin County area. There is a mall called the Chambersburg Mall that is owned by Namdar Realty, a very large commerical real estate company.

Does anyone have any clues, ideas, or tips to contacting such a large enterprise?

@Patrick Britton I absolutely understand! This is only the beginning to closing. I'm just incredibly glad that I am finally in the game! For the past 4 months I've been learning as much as I can but lenders, lawyers, tax accountants, and real estate agents didn't take me seriously until I got pre-approved.

I know I don't own any properties yet, but I'm finally feeling the first bit of momentum ever since I've decided to become a real estate investor!

@Dave Poeppelmeier unfortunately, Ship (the University in question) is facing stagnant student population growth for the past 5 years and the overall student population is 8k. Since freshman can't live off campus we can only really target 6k students.
