@Paolo, that's amazing! How long did it take for you to transition to full time RE investing? And how do you invest? 

My name is Carlos Vera. I majored in nuclear engineering from Penn State and now work for Lockheed Martin as a data analyst. I live in New York but I have lived in Chambersburg and State College for most of my life so I have some experiences with those two markets. 

I learn quickly and work hard. I am great at data analysis and software/algorithm development so if you need to automate or calculate anything I'm your man. I also love talking to people and networking.  

I am currently saving money for my first investment and while waiting, will continue teaching myself real estate investment skills through the BP podcasts and books. I hope to expedite the saving process by starting a college mentorship business.

Excited to start this journey with everyone and hope to work with all of you soon.
