Hi Han,

we can rent property either short or long term. Also, There are some properties within 32822 zipcode that are under 60k, and can generate $900-$218(HOA)=682, which is 13.6% annually.

@Nick Rice sorry for confusion. Yes, after you purchase your first home (lets say FHA), you may be able to get another mortgage (lets say conventional 5% down), and rent one of two properties.

What if you buy your first property, and then you apply for second mortgage to by a rental home or house for you. Lender will need you to provide a lease agreement for the property that is being mortgaged.

thank you. Florida requires broker to maintain trust account when he deals with tenant or long term. But what about short term rentals? Any idea which department to contact?

Do you think vacation rental company is obligated to maintain the trust account for guest's deposit and prepaid rents?
