Looking to build a team in Orlando/Central Florida

Hi All,

I'm getting some amazing leads on properties in and around Orlando and Central Florida. I'm looking to start building a team now. I need contractors, GC, inspectors, and I'd love to talk with some brokers. I'm trying to get an idea of where hot area's are and where murder alley might be.

Who should I be talking to in Orlando, Delaine, New Smyrna, Deltona, all over Polk county like Lakeland, Tampa, Saint Petersburg, down into Cape Coral/Fort Myers and so on. I'm new to Florida and think there's a lot of potential there.

Thanks in advance.
