this is a comment allegedly from tenant in video

iam shanae, and just wanted everyone to know that vannesa is a deat beat landlord. for one she does not pay her bills she ask me to pay her home asssociation fees, vanessa told the news cast that i did not pay her since june which is a lie i have proof to show. she harrassed me even before the rent was due cutting wires now me and my family is in a house thats 92 degrees inside i have five children and they are very uncomfortable vanessa told me and my husband that we were very good tenants. soon as i told her we was moving thats when things begin vanessa told the police that she wanted to take a washer and dryer that me and my husband purchase this lady is crazy iam not paying her anything the house that iam renting is in the same condition as it was when i moved in i went through a realty company that i was dealing with and they can comfirm my payments she poped up at the house and told me that i would pay her directly when i called the realty company they did not even know what was going on vanessa lies about everything and at the end of the day she does not come out a winner

i manage my own, but those rates seem to be the norm, atleast in nj

bryan, can you be a little more specific? what are we talking about hoarding like trash/clutter? broken cabinets/holes in walls?

yes the "for sale buyer owner thing"....price, price, price. if a property is not selling the the price is too high. it's a buyers market, so if i were him i would hold on to what he has.

anyone who wants to sell now clearly is going to take a loss especially if they bought between '04-'08.

8 out of 10 people i talk to that wants to list a property are having severe financial problems or in other words"want to pay some bills"

kinda yes. she was paying the rent, and still in foreclosure? would you pay rent if bank may takeover home? she should pay her rent to the bank.

unfortunately for you these people have nothing else to do but sit around and complain about this and that...why would they want your unit to fail inspection? they don't get anything for that! keep us updated please

was using newspaper($75 for two weeks) craigslist(free) and i have a higher quality of tenants with craigslist

tracey, was there any indication during the showing that they were going to be a problem, like complaining, nit-picking, body language?....one time i had a family after a showing, every time i asked a question they would all look at each other, and gave me short answers, they filled out an app, and i tossed it into the circular file cabinet
