Wow! We just had something like that happen. One of our owners told the tenants to send rent directly to them. Now, the tenants say no maintenance is getting done, and they called our office yesterday to see if we had any apartments open.

I don't see how vandalizing the property makes anything better though, just move out and go on with life.
