Thanks for the input.    I'm currently using Mid South to manage properties.   I already  know Jeff Moore from prior properties.

You're 100% right about needing boots on the ground as the quality varies wildly from block to block.....seen it first hand.

Question centers on Asset protection versus accounting & tax return costs.

One of the podcasts stated you only need a single tax return. My CPA says each LLC inb the series must not only keep it's own bank account & expense account but also file its' own tax return which would be extremely high cost.

we are a husband/wife member managed LLC currently so evidently this causes that issue

Has anyone else run into that & what did you do?
