Hi Jon how's it going? As you can see there are a ton of great comments and suggestions here so hopefully mine won't pale in comparison. In a nutshell I would say you need to see what sells the best in your area. A general statement I might make is 3 bed / 2 bath homes are ideal for finding a large number of retail end buyers for it once your done.
