Creating a brokerage for licensed investors

Hey all, I'm an independent broker in Denver, Colorado. I'm going to be upgrading to managing broker and bringing on some agents who want to work as real estate brokers with clients. But I know so many BPers who are investors that are getting licensed, and after reading all the posts from people wondering where to hang their license I'm thinking about creating someplace designed for the licensed investor.

I think there's some great opportunity for shared resources and collaboration that could make us all more successful. And we can design a mentorship & fee structure that makes sense depending on each person's level of experience.

Would you new licensee's be interested in something like this? What would you want to see (ie a dedicated property viewer, in-house direct mail, syndication opportunities,???).

And if there's another experienced broker out there who would like to talk about partnering please PM me.
