My PM in the Cleveland area just replaced one a couple of months ago for $350.

Cleveland Heights also bills you separately for trash, and it is not cheap. It is $161 a quarter for a duplex. I don't know how much it is for a SFH.

Cleveland Heights also bills you separetly for trash collection; and it is not cheap... $240 a quarter. I am not sure if any other city does the same, I know Euclid doesn’t.

@Caleb Heimsoth Same here! I didn’t know about that water situation before I bought. AND, I am seriously wondering if it is liquid gold what comes out of the faucet... those bills are high, really high.

In Cleveland Heights I got a separate invoice from the City of Cleveland Heights Utilities Department, for trash. This year it was $216. It is a duplex, not sure of it varies for a SFH.
