Thanks,

Rohit Murti I had a good experience there. Courses were good and instructors were (I think) knowledgeable. The review/class for the test was really good; I passed the first time I took it. This was about 6 years ago though. I have done the classes to renew my license online.

Rohit Murti I took the courses at champions school of real estate. I went to class because I thought it would be good to start networking and building relationships. But, of course, I also had the time. I don't know what your daily schedule looks like.

that is exactly what I want to do Jeff Filali , except I want to do it in Pittsburgh. I have 60K, and I can probably get a hold of 10 more, I am hoping that is enough to pay for my first project. I've seen homes advertised for very reasonable prices, but I don't really know those neighborhoods. I've been to Pittsburgh a few time, to attend Steelers games, and I've noticed homes vary greatly even within the same block.

One method to get the ARV is to find out how much homes as similar as possible to yours and as close (distance) as possible have sold for within the last 6 months. You might need to make adjustments to compensate for the differences.

so, is it better to have 4 cards at 15% of the limit than 1 at 60% and 3 at 0%? even if the monthly payment ends up being the same amount?
