@Jonathan Pflueger I agree with you. Sometimes I put a lot of thought and sometimes even do some research to learn myself and do my best to give good input to the question at hand. At times I get knowledge and at times there are just crickets... Either way I will continue to post to try and help in anyway I can as I have gotten tons of help from others here.

@Jacob A. Hi and welcome to BP. There is so much to learn in RE and you can find everything you need right here. Ensure you check out all the podcasts, webinars, and of course the forums. If you have any questions just place them in the forums and you're almost certain to find someone with an answer. Good luck to you

Guillaume D. GREAT JOB!! You set goals and surpassed them all. You are an inspiration to most congratulations!!! I too will be there in less than 7 years mark my words. I too am starting off like you with nothing, but know some day I’ll be Financially Free just as you are. Nothing like Real Estate. Congrats again!!!

@Kelly Bellini all I can say is WOW!!! What a phenomenal job!! Your hard work has really paid off for you both, great job!!!

Hi @Nina Carter and welcome to BP. You have come to the right place. There is a TON of info where you can find info on Flipping like podcasts, webinars, the forums, and even books. Maybe list to a podcast here in BP on flipping. There are several in there as well as checking out a few great books on this topic as well. What ever you do just keep learning and seeking what you choose to steer towards ie. your case (flipping) and go all in. You will find exactly (probably more ways than one) on how to do it. Good luck to you

@Dalton Toelkes hi and welcome to biggerpockets. One of the best investments you can begin is with house hacking which is you live in one and rent out the other. May even be able to live for free or at least very little. Not to mention attaining equity at the same time in your property. Congrats on graduating that in itself is a great accomplishment! Good luck in RE

@Vincent Plant if you have any bad debt ie. credit cards pay them first. And ensure you have a little nest egg on the side in case of any repair/maintenance issues as something always comes up. Good on ya for at least picking up your first investment. Keep truckin

@Frank Mourad don't worry about that hurtle until you get there. Don't begin a sprinting a marathon. Begin (take action) get the ball moving in the right direction and then go from there. But just to answer your question you can usually find some banks that will lend up to 10 then it gets a bit more difficult. Then you can do portfolio loans of more than more property at a time. Again don't run before you can walk.

@Johnson Joseph Hi and welcome to BP. I'm retired from the US Navy and now live in Italy. I'm originally from FL and have purchased properties there from here. It is definitely possible and with the technology we have now it is not that difficult. Not saying it is easy just not as hard as you may think. Read or listen with audible the book Long Distance Real Estate Investing. @David Greene does an excellent job at basically walking you though on how to do this. It is very doable. Don't let/make the excuse for living in an expensive area or like me out of the US make a difference. If I can do it from overseas you can do it from there in the states, don't let excuses steer you away. Everything is possible (if you want it bad enough). Good luck
