Hi @Logan Aardrup and welcome to BP. I too real like Robert Kiyosaki's book have almost all of them. I then even went so far as to purchase the coaching course (very expensive) and to be honest it was disappointing. I wish I would have no taken the course and invested the money else where, but live and learn. So I would say just to learn here on BP (even better) because you can ask questions in the forums to TONS of successful investor and to top it off it FREE. Don't waste your money as I did.

@Jeanine P. Hi Jeanine. I am retired from the military and now live in Italy. I too invest long distance as yourself in FL and have been looking at Indianapolis and TX. Can I PM you to get some info from you in those markets? Thanks in advance

Hi @Jason Stoltzfus and welcome to BP. Yes put as much money aside as you can and at the same time educate yourself so you get really good at locating good deals. You can then maybe find good deals and partner with someone that has the funds and they put up the money and you bring the deal and split profits. This way you will raise capital to in the future to purchase on your own. There are so many ways you can buy with no or low money down. Check out @Brandon Turner book on this topic, very helpful. Good luck to you and congrats on starting out young.

@Skye Anderson I agree with Joe as to pay off lowest debt. Another reason why you get a sense of accomplishment of having one less debt and that will transfer to a great feeling which intern push you to strive to pay off the other debts quicker. Put that money you were paying on that debt that you just paid off into your next lower debt you have to increase it payoff sooner. Good luck

@Jimmy Petty hello and welcome to BP. Whatever you want to learn in RE it's all here. I don't know what kind of equity you have in your properties, but maybe you could consider a HELOC or Refi. You have come to the right place for real estate. Good Luck to you Sir

@Joshua Dorkin thank you for sharing this information on REO. I have been looking at getting into REO and this helps clarify/simplify the process. Some of this was common sense while other parts I had no clue. Thanks for the share
