@Colin G Murphy thank you. Do you think that posting an ad in this forum seeking an investor agent/broker would be best for me seeing that I'm looking for a 2-4 unit multi family home in the Tampa area?

@Devon Garbus I'm looking at a minimum of 10%. I don't know if in Tampa this is difficult t achieve.

@Adrian Smude thanks for the welcome. Yes flipping will be in the future not right now because I'm still a Newbie and in learning mode. I'm looking at a 4 plex right now, but am hesitant to pull the trigger because am unsure. I have run the numbers on the Rental calculator here and has decent numbers, BUT am not certain. 

When I come there next summer I would love to grab lunch/coffee and get to know you better. If your here in January (Sicily) I could show you around here. 

Hello Everyone, I would like to introduce myself to BP. My name is Miguel Dormany and I'm a Retired Vet from the US Navy. I am married to an Italian and live here in Sicily.  I am beginning to read many of the post here and became a Pro member instantly because I know this is going to be a long time learning process and want to do two things here. One learn from all of you and also give back now so much now because I'm new to all this so really can't give any advise, but in the future hope to gain some knowledge and pass on to other Newbies my experience I learn here and the real world. 

Here is my plan, I would like to start as a buy and hold person and in the future venture into flips and even partnering hopefully with someone to purchase properties. Being that I live in Sicily and investing out of the country I hope to get some help in this ind ever. I'm from Tampa, FL and look to invest in that area because I come usually every summer to visit my Family that all live in the Tampa area.

Hi, my name is Miguel Dormany and am looking to begin my Real Estate quest here on Biggerpockets. I am looking to venture into Multi-Family homes in the Tampa, FL area. I was born and raised there, but now live in Italy. I want to purchase some Multi-Family homes and then get into Apartments in the near
