Hello BiggerPocket community,

Long time follower from Los Angeles, California. Have a full time day job but I have always been interested in everything business so got my MBA last year. I have been a long time stock investor but I am now trying to make a transition into real estate for cash flow purposes. I opened my first escrow yesterday. I  have been self taught everything so far but I am looking to learn from some of you that have been there and done it.

My strategy is mostly SFH but I am open for 1-4 unit complexes. I am starting out in Michigan (Wayne and Macomb county). Cash purchases, then cash out refinancing to repeat the process. Open to other states down the road. Ultimately, shooting >100 property portfolio within 10 years.

Looking forward to establishing long relationships with many of you and I appreciate your help beforehand.
