Hi BP,

My fiance and I just purchased a property in Philadelphia. It is being rehabbed at the moment and once it is complete we will be renting it out. In all we have 2 rental properties (the other is rented and located in Atlanta, GA).

We've also started a business in Philly with a signed lease for a commercial storefront.  Do you have any contacts that provide private/hard money to small businesses?  We are seeking 35-50K.

Hi BP....after purchasing my second investment property, I have decided to open a small business.  I've been in business since 2013 and I am excited to say that I have secured my storefront in Philadelphia.  I am looking for a business investor at this time. Specifically we are looking for an individual who also has some resources that add value. SFH's or MFH's, buy and holds or possible flips depending on the situation/deal is the focus.

@Chiagozie Fawole I actually didn't work with any.  I did have a business formation attorney look over some of my lease agreements however.....
