Seeking a 35K-50K business loan... offering 15%-20% interest

Hi BP,

My fiance and I just purchased a property in Philadelphia. It is being rehabbed at the moment and once it is complete we will be renting it out. In all we have 2 rental properties (the other is rented and located in Atlanta, GA).

We've also started a business in Philly with a signed lease for a commercial storefront.  Do you have any contacts that provide private/hard money to small businesses?  We are seeking 35-50K.
