My fiancé and I would like to partner with a real estate investor in Philly. Besides having some cash, we also have a licensed architect and contractor experience to bring into the the collaboration. Specifically we are looking for an individual who also has some resources that add value. SFH's or MFH's, buy and holds or possible flips depending on the situation/deal is the focus.
