I'm not sure if this is your thing and I have not used him personally but I've heard Pierre Burris with Megastar Financial does a ton of 203b loans. He's off of Vivion Rd in KC MO.

I don't have the answers to this question but I can tell you that I just replaced two bedrooms of carpet yesterday on a rental because of the dog. The deposit didn't cover my expense. :-(

Hi Chris, I used Red Hammer on my personal home about 4 years ago and was pleased. They are located in KC, MO but do a lot of work in Johnson county too.

I'd be happy to list it for you. I'm with Platinum Realty and I'm in that area all the time. Wait, would it make a good rental? Maybe I need to take a look at this for my own investment first? :-)
