Coming out to Kansas City - Looking to meet up!

Hi everyone,

I currently invest in Denver, Colorado, but am looking to expand my buy and hold portfolio. Kansas City gets talked about a lot on the threads and on the podcasts, so I want to check it out first hand and see what its all about. 

Myself and a lifelong friend who runs a development company in Boston will be out there from October 12th until the 15th next week and are looking to make connections with like minded investors. If you're a flipper, rehabber, BRRRRer, wholesaler, property manager, value-add minded agent, etc., and have availability to sit down with us over a coffee, beer, lunch, or better yet even show us some of your projects during those dates, we'd be happy to foot the bill for your insight to the market and time spent with us. We're hoping to establish some contacts during this trip that will help get the ball rolling for us in our goal of building our buy and hold rental portfolio.

Hey man! I would love to meet up with you when you come into town! I am a property manager. I help run two apartment complexes down in the innner city of Kansas City. They are HUD properties. I am also trying to get more single family homes to add to our current portfolio for management. I am also a investor in the surrounding areas of Kansas City. Grandview, Kansas City, lees summit. I am also getting ready in the next few weeks to start attending real estate school to get my license. Would be more than happy to share what I know about the area. Look forward to talking with you!
