Greetings!

Does anyone know if you can join a mastermind group even if you dont have the intention journal? Or do you have to purchase the journal in order to join? And how do you look for ones through bigger pockets or aggressive mastermind groups? I am an aggressive beginner but I am already tracking a good amount of ground. I got 2 deals in the works and 1 with no money down. However I would love to be in a group or accountability group with likeminded individuals who would like to get their goals accomplished and get work done!

@Mike Lambert Thinking I can learn a lot from investing internationally and the price point typically is lower in those areas to buy in

I am looking into doing some international real estate investing in places like the Philippines, Medellin, Columbia and maybe cayo Belize. I'm trying to figure out where to start and would love some pointers, advice, comments or thoughts if anyone has any.

I live in San Diego, I will buy you TWO Jamba Juice in Carlsbad to pick your brain! I am new in REI and your profile seems to be the direction I'd like to head!

Greetings! I am a Fire Fighter in San Diego, California and looking to buy my first property. I have no idea how to start and where to start. I am committed to buying my first rental property before the end of the year ends but I believe I need some advice on the how to.

1. If you are looking out of your own state in a area you have never been to for the purpose of getting cheaper properties, how do you go about knowing what area to look. Or how do you utilize a realtor in that

2. Once you have analyzed a deal and its worth buying. What kind of loans are you asking for from credit unions and banks?
