Hello! Does anyone here know what are the common problems that a host has to expect in doing Airbnb hosting? I want to hear it from someone who encounters difficulties or challenges in handling the guests or renters. And how were you able to resolve the issue or change the way of managing the property?

Hi! I am starting hosting in Airbnb for listing rental properties for accommodation. If anyone has an experience of hosting the same as what I am doing now what is the best advice you could give to someone that is new in the business? I would like to hear it from you :) if you have have some tips for me.

I would like to connect to people who I think will help the business to grow more. I am always open to have a conversation to someone that is interested doing the same business that I am running now. 

I just recently decided to enter a new venture in the world of business and I chose to do hosting in Airbnb. Now that I am starting this kind of business I did some research and study to help myself fully geared of what I am entering. With that being said, I am also looking for great people who want to help someone that is new in this kind of business. If you are a property manager and you have rental properties, I am very open to have a conversation with you.
