Looking for Rental Properties

Hi! I am starting hosting in Airbnb for listing rental properties for accommodation. If anyone has an experience of hosting the same as what I am doing now what is the best advice you could give to someone that is new in the business? I would like to connect to people who I think will help the business to grow more. I am always open to have a conversation to someone that is interested doing the same business that I am running now.
