It can be challenging for what you're doing but don't give up. Unfortunately you can take up to 6 to 8 months for some people to call you back. Is bandit signs allowed in your area?

They don't need to be notarized but they do need to be dropped off at the title company / lawyer.

Most likely you'll first need to know the owner lives at that property or if it's a rental property you only want to communicate with the owner so go to your local tax office website to find out and then mail them the hand written letter with your number on it.

Do make sure you get one that is workable in your state and have a Real estate lawyer look it over so you don't find your self in trouble down the road.

Do you have a list of sellers to mail too. You might try driving for drivers.

Post: Need help finding with $58k Refi on rental

Hello BP,

Just wanted to start off by saying thank you for the help with this issue. I have a rental in Austin TX that I owe 58k on, it's worth $200k and I'm not wanting to take out any cash in the deal. Just looking for a company that will give me the lowest rate, with the best closing cost.

However, because of the low amount of the loan not a lot of company's want to do business with me. I understand that they will not make that much money off me.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a refi company that could help in this matter?
